The experiment that will be taking place in this class will be about making biodiesol to run a bus. Ms. Rioux and our class has been honored to be able to do this wonderful science project that other students wouldn't be able to do. First we have to find a way to clean and purify the oil. Then we have to make the actual fuel. lastly we will be able to put the fuel we made into a empty gas tank for a bus. If it runs then we pass, but if it doesn't then we fail.
When I finaly found out what this project was about I was excited but I'm kind of scared if it will work or not because thats my grade on the line!
My only real question is how can we clean the oil if it was used and still has particles of food in it even if we get the food bits out?
